Foods that Contain Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a very powerful antioxidant. They can fight off free radicals in your body, and can also improve the appearance of your hair and skin. Here are a few foods that contain Vitamin E.

Collard Greens
Collard greens are an excellent source of vitamin E. They've been linked to providing great antioxidant protection as well as making the transition through menopause easier. Collard Greens are full of other great nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber, and calcium.

Blueberries
Blueberries are an antioxidant powerhouse, so of course they contain plenty of vitamin E. The antioxidants in blueberries also can help to fight off things like cataracts, glaucoma, and varicose veins.

Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds are an incredible source of vitamin E. Thanks to this, they offer both anti-Inflammatory and cardiovascular benefits. If you want to be able to get a little vitamin E from a snack, sunflower seeds are the way to go.

Almonds

If you'd prefer to get your daily dose of vitamin E from a snack that's a little nuttier, almonds are the way to go. Almonds are a great source of many other nutrients as well, including magnesium, copper, and riboflavin.

Spinach

Many leafy greens are s terrific source of vitamin E, and spinach is no exception. Regularly eating spinach can make you healthier in many ways. In addition to vitamin E, spinach also contains vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, folate, and many other nutrients.

Olives

Whether you enjoy olives on your salad or prefer to snack on them plain, they're a great way to get vitamin E. And in spite of their small size, they contain many other nutrients as well, such as iron, copper, and fiber.

Papaya

Sweet papaya is one of few fruits that provides your body with vitamin E. They can give a great boost to your immune system and provide your body with anti-inflammatory effects. It's also a great source of vitamin A and vitamin C.

Swiss Chard

The last food on this list is yet another leafy green. Swiss chard is another amazing way to add more vitamin E to your diet. It'll even provide you with vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium, and more. It's a great food for anyone looking to start a healthier diet.
